PMWC 2024 Day 2 Summary
Team Liquid began the day with an impressive WWCD, earning seven eliminations. Tinba also performed well, securing second place with 11 eliminations and matching Team Liquid’s points. TJB and Yodoo Alliance also had strong performances, earning 13 and 12 points, respectively.
In the second match of the day, the Chinese teams excelled, with TJB securing the WWCD and Tianba achieving 14 eliminations. Yoodo Alliance won match No. 3, while Vampire Esports secured the second position. Both teams performed well, taking 19 and 14 finishes, respectively.
Match No. 4 had a thrilling conclusion with a 1v1v1v1 final zone showdown between players from Yoodo Alliance, Madbulls, Falcons Force, and AI Ula x IHC, where Yoodo Alliance secured another WWCD. Leon clinched the win with an outstanding performance, despite losing his teammates early in the match.
D’Xavier and 4 Merical Vibes won the 5th and 6th matches, respectively, in Miramar, showcasing some calm composure and skills. 4 Merical Vibes took seven eliminations in the last match, while Yodoo Allience secured 20 overall points.
PMWC 2024 Group Stage (July 19–21)
24 teams will compete in the 18 matches across three match days, with each group getting 12 matches to play. The top 12 teams in the overall standings will advance to the Grand Finals, while the bottom 12 teams will continue their race to the Finals in the Survival Stage.
