After winning their first three matches in the ICC Men’s ODI World Cup 2023, Team India will look to continue their winning run against Bangladesh on Thursday at the MCA Stadium in Pune. However, the hosts received a major setback as star all-rounder Hardik Pandya injured his ankle while bowling his first over against Bangladesh.

During the ninth over and Pandya’s first over in the match, the 30-year-old all-rounder tried to stop the ball on the follow-through and appeared to twist his ankle. Pandya limped off the field after the injury as the Indian physio rushed in to check his injury status.
