Mohammed Siraj furiously yells at Will Jacks for dropping a catch

Royal Challengers Bengaluru fast bowler  Mohammed Siraj was seen furiously yelling at Will Jacks after the English man dropped a catch to dismiss Sai Sudharsan in the game against Gujarat Titans. Jacks perfectly made up for his mistake in the first innings as he went on to score a blistering 100.

After winning the toss, RCB won the toss and invited the Titans to bat first. The IPL 2023 finalists went on to post a competitive 200 on the back of Sai Sudharshan’s 84. The young southpaw remained not out through the first innings as Bengaluru dropped the GT number three at the 18.2-over mark.

Siraj managed to find a top edge as Sudharshan attempted to slog the ball towards the legside. As the ball looped up, Will Jacks came running from backward point, threw in a dive but dropped the catch. Reacting to this missed, opportunity, Siraj was spotted yelling at Jacks for his attempt.

We know how explosive he can be: Virat Kohli on Will Jacks

Then in the second innings, Will Jacks quickly turned things around as he smashed his maiden IPL ton with five fours and ten sixes to help RCB register a nine-wicket win. Talking about this magical effort, Kohli praised his teammate and explained how the Englishman took his time after which he exploded to post a ton and win the game.

Speaking in the post-match interview, Kohli said,  “Phenomenal, initially when he came to bat, he was annoyed that he wasn’t able to strike the ball as he wanted to. The only talk was to for him to stay calm, we know how explosive he can be when he gets going. The over from Mohit was the game changer, I was just happy to stay around and watch him go. I thought we would win in 19 overs, but to do it in 16 was absolutely brilliant. The wicket did start to get better as the first innings wore on, the ball was coming nicely onto the bat.”
